The Islander is a 60-unit (all privately owned) oceanfront condominium building at Wrightsville Beach, NC. The Islander prides itself upon maintaining a fun, family-friendly environment.

Are Pets Allowed at The Islander?
We are sorry but The Islander does not allow pets anywhere on the property grounds, pool/cabana area, within the building or in any of the individual condos.
The Islander understands some individuals may require the use of a service animal and operates in compliance with HUD requirements. However, a request for accommodation must be submitted for the Board's review PRIOR to the service animal being on the premises. For more details on how to request an accommodation for a service animal, please refer to the Rules and Regulations.
Management
Carol Giachetti is the Manager of The Islander and is on-site at the facility full time. Carol has nearly 25 years of experience with oceanfront condominium management experience. She began her career in the architectural field, first as a receptionist and moving up to head of the marketing and specifications division of an architectural firm that specialized in commercial, industrial and military design projects.
While Carol does not manage any rentals or sales at The Islander, she is responsible for the maintenance of the facility, grounds and oversees outside vendors with major projects.
