Rules and Regulations

Like many beach properties, parking is limited, particularly during busy summer months. Each condo is assigned one parking space. A guest may request one additional parking pass to park in an unmarked visitor space; however, those spaces are on a first come, first serve basis. Please do not park in another condo's assigned space as your vehicle is subject to be towed immediately. If all visitor spaces are occupied, you may park on the metered spaces on the street. The following is a layout of our parking lot to assist you in finding your assigned parking space.
